Schools of education include: East-West College of Massage Therapy, Southern Oregon University, Trinity School of Natural Health, Norton School of Lymphatic Massage. and Reality Academy. My focus has been learning all aspects of human function & movement as it relates to massage therapy & health. I enjoy integrating massage  techniques & Kinesiology taping into chronic pain, hospice & lymph edema issues. 

I am certified in Massage, Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Ortho-Bionomy, Acupressure, chair massage, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Tui-Na, Touch for Health, Kinesiology Taping, Deep Tissue Massage, & Manual Lymph Drainage.

My philosophy is to listen to clients goals & create a treatment plan that utilizes a combination of techniques to increase quality of life by decreasing chronic pain & discomfort.  The human body form, function & movement has fascinated me for over 35 years. I enjoy working with my hands and using my knowledge to help others find comfort. 

Reading is a huge past time for me. I listen to fiction when I am driving, exercising or cleaning plus read non-fiction before bed. 

I also enjoy traveling, hammocks , dancing and anything to do with being outside or on water.

My 2 children have morphed into young men! Yes, I am quite proud of them!
